My client is a global ITO/BPO company that is currently setting up a new major deals function. Budget approved and first appointments have been made in the last few weeks.


We are seeking a Senior Engagement Director to run a deal of £300m TCV (ITO) (industry vertical experience not required).


The ideal person will have previously enjoyed successful involvement in at least 3 x £100m TCV+ (must be ITO deals) through full commercial cycle, shaping, negotiating, closing, running.


They are offering a package of £130k base with a negotiable bonus of 30% plus excellent benefits.
