BPO Sales Director – Commercial

Salary £65-85k Base with OTE of £190k


Our client, a Tier 1 Outsourcer, is the leading end-to-end IT services provider in Europe, offering its customers integrated services including consulting in core business processes as well as the development and operation of their information systems.


They are looking for a Sales Director to Sell BPO services to the commercial market. You will create specific solutions for the verticals, and work in conjunction with marketing and the PC heads to create demand, as well as working with technology platform providers to reduce cost of sale, speed to market and increase competitiveness.


With personal targets of £15million TCV and £1.5million IYR, you will focus on building highly qualified self generating pipeline, with emphasis on deal creation.


The Alliance Sales Director will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with excellent knowledge of Private Sector. You will have a proven track record of achieving targets and delivering success, with significant experience of selling partner / alliance based solutions.
