There are a variety of different roles currently open within the company due to an aggressive expansion plan based on organic success.

Entry Level Trainee:

Are you a graduate? Do you have a minimum of 2 years telesales experience?

All trainee consultants are carefully selected to enter into an intensive, industry renowned three month training course. During this course all aspects of Recruitment Consultancy are broken down into modules with key performance indicators attached. At the end of the three months you will be in a position to undertake a small financial target and have the opportunity to put into practice all of the skills you have learnt during your initial training, training clearly does not stop at this stage. Although you will not be earning commission in your first three months you will be provided with highly competitive guaranteed earnings. The average earnings for trainees in the first year at Freshfield Services is £43,000.

Consultant in Training:

Do you have a minimum of two years I.T Sales experience? Do you have a minimum of two years recruitment experience outside of the I.T Industry?

All Consultants in training undergo an intensive two month training course which focuses very heavily on the I.T Sales industry. You will work side by side with Senior Consultants to assist them with all aspects of client delivery (not just resource management). Once this training is complete you will be provided with a list of existing and prospective clients to deliver a highly process driven Search Service, resulting in the delivery of their Sales stars of the future! At this stage you will be carrying a reasonable financial target with every opportunity to over achieve. The average Consultant in training at Freshfield services earns £61,000 in their first year.

Senior Consultant:

Do you have over three years I.T Sales or Executive Recruitment experience?

All Senior Consultants at Freshfield Services engage at C level to manage the overall delivery of service into large, mostly global I.T organisations. The sky truly is the limit in this role and Senior Consultants very rarely earn less than six figures!
