Consultant in Training:

Do you have a minimum of 5 years I.T or Business Consulting experience?

All Consultants in training undergo an intensive two month training course which focuses very heavily on the Executive Search industry. You will work side by side with Senior Consultants to assist them with all aspects of client delivery (not just resource management). Once this training is complete you will be provided with a list of existing and prospective clients to deliver a highly process driven Search Service, resulting in the delivery of their most critical staff. At this stage you will be carrying a reasonable financial target with every opportunity to over achieve. The average Consultant in training at Freshfield services earns £71,000 in their first year.

Senior Consultant:

Do you have over five years Executive Recruitment experience (including 360 Degrees) in the ITO/BPO/Business consulting markets?

All Senior Consultants at Freshfield Services engage often at C level to manage the overall delivery of service into large, mostly global organisations. The sky truly is the limit in this role and Senior Consultants are expected to earn no less than six figures.
