Having spent a couple of hours in their office, we whiteboarded my skill-set, track record and what the short-medium-long term looked like and agreed what the right role would look like. The chaps spent the next hour putting names on the board and trying to find the company which fitted not just the easy things around Job Title, Salary etc but really importantly looked at the right type of culture for me, what the leadership team’s style was like, the shape of the team currently in place.
